The central rule is simple: use the product lawfully, provide only material you are allowed to use, and review the work before you approve it for publication.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these terms and any additional terms presented for your workspace or selected plan. You must be able to form a binding agreement and be authorised to act for any organisation or account you connect.
2. Using the service
You are responsible for account access, the instructions you provide, and the final decision to approve, schedule, or publish content. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute harmful material, interfere with the service, or gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
3. Your content and connected accounts
You keep responsibility for the brand material, account data, instructions, and content you provide or approve. You grant the permissions reasonably needed to process that material and run the workflow you request. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you provide or connect.
4. Plans, charges, and changes
Plan limits, features, prices, billing periods, and cancellation details are shown when you choose or purchase a plan. Specific commercial terms in an accepted order take priority where they conflict with this general page. We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves, with notice where required.
5. Availability and responsibility
Automated outputs can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before use. Connected platforms can change or interrupt their services. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. Any liability limits that apply may also be described in your plan or workspace agreement.
6. Ending use and contacting us
You may stop using the service and request help with workspace or plan closure. Access may be limited or ended when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach. Questions can be sent to business@plugandplayagents.com.
