1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Plug and Play Agents (“the Service”), a product owned and operated by Terrain Bhuexpert Innovations Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Plug and Play Agents is an AI-powered Instagram content automation platform, owned and operated by Terrain Bhuexpert Innovations Pvt Ltd, that analyzes your brand identity and generates Instagram content including Reels scripts, Carousel layouts, and caption hooks. The Service connects to your Instagram Professional account via the official Meta API.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of Meta's Platform Policies or Instagram's Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for all content generated and published through the Service.
5. Payments and Credits
The Service operates on a credit-based billing model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as content is generated. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over after account deletion.
7. Intellectual Property
Content generated by the Service is owned by you, the user, subject to your compliance with these Terms. Plug and Play Agents retains all rights to the underlying AI models, software, and platform.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Plug and Play Agents is not responsible for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated content to your Instagram account, including but not limited to account restrictions imposed by Meta.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
